Freesi is a SaaS company offering indoor climate management services for the real estate industry. The company was founded in 2017 and it has previously received investments from Helen Ventures, AI-investor Curiosity and engineering company AINS. Freesi has 180 customers, the majority of which are in Europe. Freesi focuses on the Nordic region, UK, DACH and Benelux, although global expansion is its overall goal.
The investment in Freesi cements Hydda's position as the Nordic region's leading PropTech group and brings the company one step closer to its goal of becoming a European leader.

Hydda Group continues its rapid expansion in PropTech with the acquisition of EstateLogs, Hydda’s sixth investment this year. As a result of the deal, two additional real estate companies, Neptunia Invest and Brunswick Real Estate, will also become part owners of Hydda.
