Hydda continues to grow and is now taking an important step in its strategy by acquiring Accessy, the leading platform for digital locks and access management, founded by property giants including Vasakronan, Castellum, and Fabege.
Accessy offers a hardware-independent solution that enables property owners to connect different access control systems and manage permissions in real time. This provides a secure, flexible, and administratively simple solution for property owners, tenants, and service providers.

Integrating Accessy into Hydda’s platform – which already includes companies such as Envise, Spaceflow, Freesi, Estate Logs, and Yieldly – means the real estate industry can now access a complete suite of digital services, from communication and bookings to energy optimisation and digital access. Hydda and Accessy already share several major customers, enabling synergies to be realised quickly.

Accessy was founded just over five years ago by Vasakronan, Castellum, Fabege, Humlegården, Akademiska Hus, and Fastighetsägarna Service. In connection with the acquisition, some shareholders will fully exit the company, while others will join Hydda as co-owners.

Hydda Group continues its rapid expansion in PropTech with the acquisition of EstateLogs, Hydda’s sixth investment this year. As a result of the deal, two additional real estate companies, Neptunia Invest and Brunswick Real Estate, will also become part owners of Hydda.
