Philip Göransson, CIO and partner at Hydda believes that HomeMaker’s solutions for the new production market are a great fit with Hydda’s offering.
“HomeMaker has streamlined the entire customer journey from the prospective buyer stage right through to the aftermarket for new housing construction. They’ve really shown how digital technology and the right software can free up new potential, streamline working methods and improve the entire customer experience,” he says.
HomeMaker Showroom is used for visualizing interior and product selection, while Homemaker Service is used for error reporting and aftermarket management. Both solutions also offer statistics and reports for better decision-making. The products are both well-established and valued in the market.
“HomeMaker’s customers – and their customers, the home buyers – are extremely happy with the solutions and how we are constantly improving and developing them to match their needs even better. Our competitors are more focused on selling services in project form. HomeMaker, on the other hand, offers effective software in the cloud that customers can easily implement, learn to use and then fully benefit from.” Says Philip.
Customers are housing developers, real estate companies, home builders and construction contractors in all new production segments. Most of the customers are in Sweden, but HomeMaker is also established in both the Danish and Norwegian markets. According to Philip Göransson, geographic expansion will continue and accelerate.
“HomeMaker’s solutions are easy to adapt, scale up and sell in more markets. The company is currently working diligently with marketing and lead generation in order to increase penetration in existing markets and establish itself in new ones. Another focus area is developing smart add-ons for the products and integration with closely related property systems.”

The Hydda family continues to grow! Our new controller Elisabet Hansson will mainly work with accounting and reporting in our fast growing group. As a change from all the everyday numbers, she also likes to paint – even if the studio at Sankt Eriksplan is now a thing of the past.
What can be achieved in a year? Quite a lot, with the right people and partners. Today it’s exactly one year since Hydda was founded and since our partnership and collaboration with Blq Invest and Sweden’s largest property owner, Vasakronan, began.
